Speaking of CVTE, many friends may not know much about it, but in fact, many CVTE products are related to our lives, such as LCD main control board cards, interactive intelligent tablets, etc. Before chatting with friends who do LCD TV, they said that CVTE’s reputation in that industry is still quite big, because in fact, CVTE started as a LCD master control card in the early stage, and its sales are very good around the world. Since then, the company has entered the field of intelligent interactive tablet, aiming at intelligent education, and its products have been widely used in the fields of home appliances, education and corporate services.
In fact, CVTE also has several brands, including seewo, an educational information application tool provider, MAXHUB, an efficient conference platform and other well-known brands in the industry.

Ii. Experience of entry

Enrichment means that after a day at work, you can actually learn something, whether it is technical level or business level, which has its own harvest. In this process, it is possible to experience joy, pride, frustration, loss, self-doubt, even doubt about life…
Don’t ask me how I know that, but in this process of “enrichment”, being dull has been there. During this period, I was really busy. It took me extra time to adapt to the new environment and get familiar with the new project. Besides, there were various technical sharing and tea party communication within the team. The idea of being a nerd is that he’s not a particularly smart person, so it takes more effort.

In my opinion, the corporate culture of CVTE is good. Freedom, equality, tolerance, sharing… If you feel that there are any deficiencies in the company that need to be improved, or there are bad phenomena, you can mention them, and the relevant person in charge will respond positively. For example, before I became dull, I saw some suggestions about the company’s restaurant made by a colleague in the “Colleague bar” of the enterprise wechat. Immediately, a responsible colleague left a message and improved his work. This executive efficiency still needs to be praised 👍.
One more thing, this may sound a bit melodramatic to you 😂, but also “the warmth of colleagues”, why don’t you “the impulsive punishment”?
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Because in fact, the understanding of dull partners know that I came to Guangzhou from Shenzhen, leaving good friends and family to play, so for me like a lively, afraid of loneliness, the in the mind is some not taste. Shu and Hiro in Guangzhou may also be afraid that I am lonely, too much pressure, leisure will also find me to drink, sing songs and so on. But these two guys, one has a girlfriend, the other has too many corporate sisters, SO I’d better pay attention.
Therefore, during this period of time, the most contact is my colleagues, no matter three meals a day, or daily work, they are indispensable figure. Most importantly, when you have a particularly difficult problem that you don’t understand, people will be very helpful.
