Install VMware Workstations Pro15.5.0 and UNLOCK
VMware Workstations is the software for installing virtual machines. The latest version is 15.5.0 (Windows 7 does not support it), and you need to install UNLOCK to install black Apple virtual machines.
\color{red} note: Unlock 3.0.2 does not support macOS 10.15 and the latest VMware Workstations Pro15.5.0 does not support UNLOCK 3.0.2, so please install the latest Unlock3.0.3.

Download the Apple system image in DMG format

Burn the DMG image to a USB flash drive
Prepare a usb flash drive of at least 16GB for burning images. (On MAC 10.15, if the image file exceeds 8GB, it will fail to write!)

Add a USB flash drive to a VM
There may be more than one physical device to choose from, you can try, to select the partition is the USB drive.

Delete the USB flash drive from the VM
Delete U disk, don’t delete wrong!! \color{red} delete U disk, don’t delete wrong!! Delete U disk, don’t delete wrong!!
Now U disk can be removed from the computer, after the boot, use also do not need U disk.

Install vmware-tools
If you do not install vmware-Tools, you cannot perform file transfer operations on physical machines and virtual machines. Therefore, you are advised to install vmware-Tools, which is relatively easy to install.

Click the top menu bar to mount VMware Tools into the VIRTUAL machine
VMware Tools ICONS are displayed on vm desktops.

The VMware Tools installation starts
You will be prompted for your password

Grant permissions to VMware Tools (otherwise the installation will fail!!)

Verify that the installation is successful
If you try to drag a file onto the virtual machine screen, the following dialog box will appear
You can now drag files into the virtual machine, and you can also drag files from the virtual machine to the physical desktop.
To summarize
Your VMware server cannot connect to the update server. Try changing the network environment first. If not, try using the Darwin.
First shut down the virtual machine, then turn on Settings
Then browse to the Darwin.iso file in the VMware installation directory
Save the Settings and reboot. Do not need to do so again
