DevOps Hackathon Challenge Introduction

The DevOps Hackathon schedule
- Module 0: Pre-order knowledge import. Learn the end-to-end DevOps 5P framework, and have a basic understanding of DevOps concepts and methods.
- Module 1: Product innovation. Practice creating an inspiring vision for your product;
- Module 2: Product function planning. Explore labels and pain points through user portrait, use user story map to sort out product core functions, sort out product vision, define product core values, and build product MVP prototype;
- Module 3: Iteration planning. Learned and mastered skills such as iterative goal design, task disassembly and claim, set up physical Kanban and prepared for implementation;

1. At the beginning of the team building, each team has the goal of winning the Dark Horse Challenge, and the goal is written in the team covenant. The highly focused goal and competition situation made the whole competition full of strong explosive smell. 2. The atmosphere of the whole competition is high. 3. In the assembly line construction, each team showed the geek spirit. Three teams tied for the second place and made every effort to win every extra point. In the competition for the champion, each group not only embodies the research and development strength, but also shows the insight into the overall competition situation and competition psychology. In the assembly line construction, the competition was once very tense, intense and exciting. Each team gave full play to their technical advantages and made comprehensive innovations to improve the efficiency. Three teams tied for the second place, while the fifth group won the assembly line prize with the efficiency advantage of first getting through the assembly line.

A complete DevOps approach to drive R&D efficiency
In the post-game interviews, many participants said that they had a deep memory of agile and DevOps methods and tools, such as story maps, Agile Kanban, DevOps, Kanban, and really understood the complete DevOps method during the training.

During the competition, many students felt the power of a team more deeply, as a group of people came up with an idea and worked hard to make it come true, and felt the joy when they made technical progress. In the competition, some students were happy to connect the Ngrinder, excited to know the open source Pipeline and touch the cloud native, proud to learn the Jenkins Pipeline application, proud to master Kanban for multi-task visual project management.
