Deep Operating System is a Linux distribution dedicated to providing users around the world with a beautiful, easy to use, secure and reliable operating system.
The Depth operating system (OS) is an open-source GNU/Linux operating system based on the Linux kernel. It supports laptops, desktops, and fusioncube. Deepin consists of a deep desktop environment (DDE) and nearly 30 deep original applications, as well as several applications from the open source community, supporting users’ daily learning and work. In addition, the depth store can also get nearly a thousand applications support, to meet your requirements for the expansion of the operating system. Deepin Operating System is jointly created by the professional OPERATING system research and development team and deepin technical community (www.deepin.org). Its name comes from the word deepin technical community name “deepin”, which means the profound pursuit and exploration of life and future.
Deep Operating System V15.9 fixes a number of known issues and optimizes existing functionality. Compared with the previous version, touch screen gestures and on-screen keyboard support have been added, the algorithm of application arrangement of launcher small window has been improved, and the new concept of intelligent mirror source has been launched, hoping to bring users a more stable and efficient operation experience.
Since the release of V15.8, deep OS updates have adopted a rolling update strategy, with regular updates. The content of V15.9 therefore covers the content that has been updated in each cycle since V15.8.
