It is because when she leaves, someone must take over her work, otherwise other links are prone to mistakes. On the other hand, why did she leave in such a hurry? The Chinese New Year was coming, so she had to get through the holiday anyway. Besides, she had been in the company for ten years, so how could she give up?
She advised her: for so many years, certainly up to the boss down to other departments to cooperate with colleagues are reluctant to you, and you go outside, can not adapt to let alone, looking for a job is not necessarily better than here, which have less money company, you are a fool when the boss.
She said: The end of my career in this company is that the boss knows me too well, so my position cannot be promoted or my salary cannot be raised. Instead of continuing to spend money like this, it is better to choose to leave and say a nice word — the world is so big that I want to see.
Then let’s not say anything, reminds me of a sentence: respect everyone’s life track. That is, everyone has his own life and choice. Even if outsiders know that his life is not good and his choice is not perfect, they should not impose interference, because even if he changes in the process, the final result will still be affected by his experience and cognition and return to his original choice.
For her, although it looks hard, but in the end what will simply do not know now, optimistic, the likelihood is your own business, or find a better job, pessimistic, may also can not find the right job for a long time, to doubt their own ability, finally hitting a choice only one ordinary working conditions.
Again, if you’re the best at something, it doesn’t show up at 35 or even 40. It starts to show up when you’re very young, and you do quite well as an adult.
Conversely, why does the boss only give me such a job and such a salary? Because my ability is only worth so much. I have to convince myself that the boss is definitely the smartest group of people in the world, because they have done the most difficult thing in the world — making money.
It’s just that we often think that he’s blind enough to place incompetent sycophants in important positions, while those of us who actually do the work are not appreciated.
In fact, we should reflect on why the company still operates normally and some even make profits every year since he made such poor decisions. Therefore, he is not the boss, or his decisions are not good, nor can we say that his decisions are the best, but they are certainly the most suitable for the company.
