When running C language program in CLion, Chinese garbled characters appear on the console:
Open File Encodings for CLion and you can see that all Encodings are utF-8:
Such setting can display Chinese correctly in IDEA or Pycharm.
Try to convert this file to GBK:
Now console Chinese characters are displayed properly:
