This time, I tried to make a small application for product quality management for the company.
In general, our company is in the process of digital transformation, although the boss is aware of, extensive business strategy has been difficult to support the survival of enterprises, through the digital and intelligent means to improve the management benefit, can let the enterprise go further, but a lot of middle managers and employees have no sense of the data, in both production and management level, Are still using traditional statistical methods, not only inefficient, but also prone to error.
But in fact, in the era of big data, data is not only the basis for managing production work, but also the basis for improving the way we work.
Previously, the company used wechat, phone or Excel to provide on-site quality problem feedback. The information was very scattered, so it was impossible to sort out and count the problems, which was not convenient for problem analysis. The data would also lag behind and could not be fed back and solved in real time. Moreover, the operation of recording defect problems and data of products in Excel files is particularly tedious. All links and branches need to be summarized one by one and then analyzed in a unified manner. The feedback of defect problems also lags behind.
In order to solve these problems, I spent three days to build a quality management system. This system supports the use of both Web and mobile terminals. Once the product has problems, on-site employees can provide unified defect data feedback through the system, and the feedback will be real-time to relevant departments and personnel. In addition, the system also supports real-time data, automatic analysis, convenient recheck, summary and improvement.
I gave this system to my colleagues in the production department for a week’s trial, and they said, “It reduces inefficient communication such as running errands and making phone calls. It is very flexible to transfer all data uniformly to the online, and it can be operated on mobile terminals, so it is very convenient to transfer and view.”
It is hoped that through real-time recording and feedback of on-site management problems and product defects in the production process, sorting out and analyzing the feedback data can provide data support for solving quality problems and analyzing, so as to effectively control product quality and improve production efficiency.
