To use the advertising-API, you need to register and apply for an account: an Amazon Developer account
Apply to become an Amazon developer
PS: Friends who have applied for developers ignore this part of the operation
To prepare an Amazon Developer account, click here to jump to
Click on the upper right to log in.
Then click the “Create Your Amazon Developer Account” account at the bottom of the login page.
Then fill out the form. Click the button to submit.
Submission will be redirected to the developer registration page to fill in the form information. Click submit.
After submitting, we are redirected to the “Amazon Developer” page home page, where we click “Login with Amazon” on the menu bar.
On the Login with Amazon page, click Create a New Security Profile.
Then we go to the “Security Profile Management” page, we fill in the form with the required fields marked with *, and click the “Save” button.
Then the page jumps back to “Login with Amazon”, where you can click “Show Client ID and Client Secret” and save the two information for later use by calling the advertising-API.
2. Apply for advertising-API
After we have a developer account, visit the AD API application page and fill in the information to apply. Click here to jump to
Click “Request API Access”.
Then choose one based on your business needs. Jump to the page, fill in the form, click the button to submit and wait for Amazon’s approval!
