The job description
- Participate in the design and coding of front-end architecture;
- Responsible for the research and development of product core features, and continuously optimize user experience;
- Responsible for building and managing the R&D team;
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the R&D team’s output.
Job requirements
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of front-end (Web or mobile) R&D experience, accumulated deep;
- At least 1 year team management experience, able to build an excellent team with rapid progress;
- Have a deep understanding of software development, can produce good design;
- Have good product Taste;
- Experience in building complex systems from 0 to 1 is preferred;
- Familiar with Flutter technology is preferred.
2. Front-end development
