preface

On April 5th, I participated in the written test of Tencent’s front-end intern. Due to other things, I was not well prepared, so I felt cold after finishing the written test. In addition to the competition held by the science innovation room of the college and the selection of top ten excellent league members, I was so busy that I forgot this matter and did not prepare for the interview.

On April 10th, I have been busy in sorting out the materials of the top ten league members, writing personal profiles, personal stories, and making PPT presentations, etc. This afternoon, I made an appointment with the news center of the college to shoot a 30-second video for my presentation. So I spent the afternoon preparing for the video and shooting the video. After 4 PM, I finished shooting and went back to the studio to prepare materials and make PPT. Suddenly, I received an email from Tencent’s school recruitment. When I opened it, I was surprised and asked me to go to a hotel in Chengdu for an interview the next day. A burst of joy, but also very sad, so long have not prepared for the interview, not ready. Now I am torn whether I will go tomorrow or not. With the encouragement of my friends, classmates and family, I still choose to attend the interview, just as I will experience a real interview (PS: I have never participated in an interview before, and Tencent is the company I interviewed for the first time). All right, drop everything you’re doing. Having dinner in the canteen, I began to brush and review.

After brushing for two or three hours, I went back to my bedroom in the evening and watched it for a while. I wanted to watch it for a while, because the school would have a power cut at 11:30, then I took a bath and went to bed. But before I go to bed, I do one thing. I set an alarm clock for 7 o ‘clock and wake up early tomorrow morning.

The next day came to the studio, there are no two people, began to brush questions, online to find some front end questions and some face classics. Think about it, may not be finished, go to the teacher in charge of a leave, the afternoon one or two classes will not go to class, good brush it (PS: three or four classes in the morning in the classroom with mobile phone brush, found that it seems to have little effect.) Afternoon one and two students went to class, I stayed in the studio brush questions, brush more nervous, because I have not participated in the company interview. Okay, 4:00 p.m., let’s take the subway and go to the hotel. I planned to brush the questions on the subway, but found that the interview was more difficult. Just like when I was a kid. Little tests, little tests, big tests. Ah, on the subway did not read a question, with their own color printed resume, brush the news. An hour or so, arrived at a hotel. When I arrived at the designated position, I found that someone had already arrived for the interview. I opened the email and looked again. It said that please bring your resume and go to a hotel for the interview at 18:00 on April 11th. Scan the code on wechat and sign in. Then wait for the interview. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was finally informed by the radio and SMS and wechat to go to a room for an interview.

The official start of the

The first time to attend an interview, or a big factory interview, although the feeling has been cold. It took about 40 minutes, a one-on-one interview in a room in a five-star hotel, and the interviewer seemed nice. As soon as I got in, the interviewer asked me where the university was. Then he recruited Tencent cloud service front-end development, just when I have been using Tencent cloud server when I was a freshman. And then I looked at my resume, and I guess it’s official.

  • I introduced myself, telling about my own experience and the projects AND books I had done. (From freshman year to now, it took about 7 or 8 minutes)
  • What is the most important thing you have learned from doing seniors? (Sharing learning, learning sharing)
  • Said their own project, the use of front and back end separation do, why are logical business in the front end? (More familiar with JS, although Node is also written in JS)
  • How to solve cross-domain problems? (I have used JSONP, but I don’t know much about others)
  • What do you know about HTTP? (Common status code and TCP three-way handshake, and the difference between UDP)
  • Why does VUE use the virtual DOM? (Presumably JS operating DOMM can optimize performance and reduce resource requests)
  • Why is js manipulating the DOM more resource-intensive? (Just know)
  • Have you read the source code of Vue? (Not really.)
  • Do a problem: determine which container the stack is in? (CONFUSED, I didn’t understand the question, I pondered for a few minutes, and the interviewer reminded me of pop and push. It turned out that pop and push were first and then out of the stack, but I didn’t write the code, so I guess it was cold by now.)
  • Tell me about your search and purchase project and what technologies are used? (General introduction of the project and my idea to improve the project)
  • By the way, another [commodity cashier system], about the difficulty of doing their own? (This question is the following one.)
  • A little bit about Echarts, and the craters that return data to show. (Problems caused by synchronous and asynchronous)
  • Finally, is this book for use on campus or for publication? (Said it would be published)
  • Finally, do you have any questions for me? (The following two questions)
  • 1. Which technology stack is better to learn now? (I learned VUE, the interviewer said according to the specific use of the scenario to use)
  • 2. For something new, should I touch it when it comes out, or wait for it to mature before using it? I mentioned the new app to the interviewer, but he didn’t know it. He gave an example of how React Native was unstable when it first came out, but still worked.)

OK, interviewer: Thank you for your time, pack up your resume and leave, then ask me to leave your resume, don’t take it with you, and THEN I’ll just leave.

feeling

The interviewer asks the project more, pay attention to the foundation and the bottom, not only can use, but also know why it can be used this way, look at the source of the framework. The first time to attend an interview, or factory interview, although the feeling has been cool, but still a very good experience and experience, for their own behind the autumn recruit accumulate character.
