Write it down while it’s hot for your future self.
This week, I’ve been working on a process review of some of our back-end team’s development processes. There are two reasons for doing this:
- First, let us include ourselves internally and have a development process specification that can be followed. Through this process specification, similar mistakes that should not be repeated in daily work can be reduced or even avoided.
- The second is to develop the habit of thinking extensive. after all, not wanting to do process development is not a good framework.
This is a brain storm map made by XMind, which is deeply combined with confluence, Jira, YApi and other components. It may not be suitable for all teams, but it may have a little reference significance. Of course, I hope to get some suggestions for improvement.
