App Clips is a key “selling point” for iOS 14 at WWDC today, offering an “instant use” way to experience the core features of your App at a specific time, in a specific scenario, without having to download the entire App.
After installing Xcode 12, I experienced how to add App Clip to app for the first time. It is easy to create and use, and there is no new API. Therefore, when developing a Clip for an app, the difficulties are more about configuration, code reuse, and sizing optimization. While reading the documents and actual experience, I also sorted out some key points as a memo.
