In order to promote the development of the domestic Open Source ecological industry, China Open Source Cloud League (” COSCL “for short) recently organized the selection activities of 2021 Outstanding Open Source Contributor, Excellent Open Source Project, Best Open Source Practice Case and Excellent Open Source Innovative Enterprise.
Apache Pulsar project won the title of “2021 Excellent Open Source Project” by China Open Source Cloud Alliance through voting, defense and expert review.
Apache Pulsar is a top-level project of Apache Software Foundation, integrating messaging, storage and lightweight computing. It is a messaging and streaming data system in the cloud native era. It adopts the cloud native architecture of storage and computing separation. Natural support large cluster, multi-tenancy, millions of Topic, cross-regional data replication and persistent storage, hierarchical storage, such as enterprise features, and provides a unified consumption model, support two scenarios, message queue and flow for both queue scenario to provide quality service and strict consistency guarantee enterprise, speaking, reading and writing, and provide high bandwidth for flow scenarios.
With Apache Pulsar, enterprises can build a unified real-time data infrastructure platform to break data isolation and data islands, simplify architecture and reduce operation and maintenance complexity. At present, hundreds of enterprises at home and abroad have been deployed.
