  1. Axmlprinter2.jar tool download (available at the bottom of the public account reply “transcoding tool”)

  2. Copy the androidManFiste.xml file you want to view to the same folder as the tools

  3. Open the DOS window in the current folder

  4. Run the following command

java -jar AXMLPrinter2.jar AndroidManifest.xml >> AndroidManifest.txt

After the command is executed, the androidmanifest.txt file is generated in this folder. This file is the decoded file.
