• 1 Check whether the location switch is on. Step: Pull down the top notification bar menu to turn on the location information switch, as shown in the following figure

  • 2 Check whether em7 has the location permission enabled. Open Settings – Application -E-Mobile7- Rights Management – Location Info – Always Allow

  • 3 Test whether the current location can be sent to others and whether the positioning is accurate, as shown in the figure

  • 4 Wifi switch is turned on (no connection is acceptable) to enhance positioning
