Functional specifications

(1) Real-name authentication.

Scan the QR code or search to enter the small program of the alumni card, select wechat authorization login or SMS verification code login, enter the name and the number of the second generation ID card for real-name authentication, and check the “Agree” below to start authentication, the successful identification will automatically enter the main page of the service platform.

(2) Improve the alumni card information.

Click the “Alumni Card” option at the bottom of the homepage of the alumni card service platform to complete the procedures of applying for the electronic alumni card.

Improve personal information, including personal email, work unit and other basic information, can set whether the phone, email visible to alumni.

For student status certification, add school experience, including school time, school, major, education background, etc. After uploading the photo of education background and degree certificate, the application system will automatically verify the student status.

After passing the student status verification, you can submit the uploaded photo to complete the application for the alumni card and obtain the exclusive alumni card.

From the perspective of inquisitors, the query function is only open to alumni. Each alumni can be queried for a maximum of 10 times a day and 100 times a year. The purpose is to prevent malicious use and protect the security of individual alumni data and statistical data.

Alumni data management: queries must be done by dedicated staff; The downloading, printing and transmission of alumni data are recorded in system logs, which include important information such as the scope of inquiry, reason for application, duration of use and responsible person, etc., and archived for no less than 5 years.
