The second problem is that the company’s old project iteration speed is too fast. The technology used in the project is still JQ, and the code is mixed between front and background. The front-end development environment is complex, and the collaborative development is cross-department, without any development documents. This series of historical baggage is too heavy; The front-end development efficiency is not high. Because the front end is not influential enough in the company, and the company’s development task is too heavy, there is no good solution to these problems. Do you think this is the solution? The problem of the old project is a big pain point for most companies. Its stable operation and old technology stack make it difficult for technical personnel to be in charge of such a project, which is also the biggest trouble I have encountered in recruitment. Most of them do not want to be in charge of the development of such a project.
