I didn’t expect more luck!
When I had been studying for 2 weeks, the country had a new policy (2006) that year, which allowed me to fill in the application for the first time. Many secondary universities failed to register for the first time, so I could fill in the application for the second time.

4 Stray into pyramid selling organizations
Just like god, I came to the university.

5 Graduated from the storm
University is a second-rate school, the major is a third-rate major, I knew it was hard to find a job, but I didn’t think it was so hard to find.
In my senior year, everyone was taking postgraduate entrance exams and falling in love with each other. I hardly stayed in school for a whole month, either interviewing or sending out resumes.
A whole semester passed, serious work still did not find, immediately to the New Year, under a hurry I went to Shenzhen, BYD, Foxconn experience.

After the training course, I encountered some minor setbacks. I worked in a company for two weeks and was fired. After that, I went to Huawei outsourcing company by accident.
Fortunately, a year later, I finally joined a software company that I think is the real meaning, and learned a lot during the year there.

So after a year and a half, I decided to go north!
6 North drift mutation
In fact, before I drifted to Beijing, my life was very, very dull, almost no different from millions of ordinary people, but in Beijing, it really began to change.

A year later, many, many great programmers were gone. As a person who is not very good, I have the opportunity to do some new projects and gradually be recognized by the leaders.
Very lucky, ushered in the life of the first opportunity.
In 2013, Yu ‘ebao was born, and in 2014, Internet finance exploded. Many companies wanted to share in the pie, including our company.
I was assigned to this project by the leader. I went to a five-star hotel in the suburb of Beijing and participated in a project that has a great impact on my life.
7 Manage OR big factory
I was originally in the project, which was a lead developer.
As a result, the vice president in charge of the project went out to start his own business with the team, and there were only two technicians left. At that time, the product was only developed as a prototype.
The leadership arranged me to try to do management, I actually said to the leadership: I think about it!
At that time, I also found a good job outside the salary increase of 50%, so I hesitated to go to a big factory or stay in management.
I decided to stay and negotiate with my boss. The point was to give me a 50% raise and I would stay, or I would leave.
Very lucky, although ** was forced to negotiate with the leader, but the leader actually agreed.
** The development of my career in the later period is really due to the meeting of my three leaders: department manager, VICE general manager of RESEARCH and development, and vice general manager.

8 To the management
So I took two people with me, and the leader selected two from the previous department to support me, forming the newest personnel of this project.
I didn’t expect this project to be so fierce. At the beginning, it could collect tens of millions of yuan in one day.
So the company decided to set up a subsidiary to do the project alone, so the project became a product, from a product to a product line.
I became a technical manager from a project leader. The years I worked in an Internet finance company were the busiest period in my life.
I never went home at 11 o ‘clock in the evening, and a dozen people queued up to talk to me about problems. When I was under the greatest pressure, I walked in the playground of Renmin University with my eyes closed to relieve pressure.
Once I got off work and had a car accident by taxi. My head hit the windshield and I couldn’t sit still for a day. The next day, I went to the company again.
Two years later, the parent company went public and spun off our subsidiary, so I became the technical director of the subsidiary.
Because of the rapid business development of the company, we have encountered many problems, such as high concurrency, hacker attacks, problems with capital flow and even repeated payments. None of these are small things.
I was very, very lucky that I was blogging about it at the time. Unexpectedly, I found that people liked my article, so I continued to write.

9 The Pinnacle of the workplace
In 2017, the parent company is developing a new generation of payment platform, using the technology stack Spring Boot /Cloud.
Coincidentally, IN 2016, I also introduced these technologies into the Internet finance company at that time and developed many projects.
The business of the parent company is developing very fast, and the previous system can no longer bear the burden. The development pressure of the new system is very heavy, and there is a very, very short of personnel.
At that time, our company was sold to a state-owned enterprise, and I was not happy working there. After some communication, I rejoined the parent company with four programmers as architects.
I am responsible for building the big data platform to support the new generation of third-party payment platform and support various data under the micro-service architecture.
Half a year later, I was promoted to be the vice president of the R&D center. At that time, there were more than 100 people in the r&d center.
In the future, I was not only responsible for the work of the data center, but also for the development of the whole R&D center, mainly in charge of migrating business from the old platform to the new platform.
I’ve experienced a lot of accidents and problems, and I’ve seen a lot of workplace intrigue, which frankly, as a tech guy, I’m not very good at.
Fortunately, a small action I took before brought me such a big opportunity.
10 More luck
As mentioned above, when I was working in an Internet finance company, I thought what I was doing at that time was very meaningful, so I recorded it in words and posted it to the blog park, and unexpectedly found that people liked it very much.
It inspired me to keep writing, and SOON I became an expert blogger in various technical communities. In 2017, FOLLOWING the trend, I also opened an official account.
As the exposure increased, I later opened a lot of paid technical courses, or some technical lectures, sharing and so on at the invitation of various technical communities.
By 2018, my spare time income had exceeded my salary income. At that time, I wanted to quit my job, but I felt that I should not disappoint the trust of my leader.
In 2019, a serious accident happened in the company, so I decided to quit the company.
Started a freelance career…

Since I left my job, many people have asked me whether I started my own business. I have said that I am not starting my own business, but that I am a freelancer.
Because in my understanding, starting a company is a big deal, and I can only support myself at that time. Starting a business seems far away from me.
However, after leaving the company, I met many people. They are all in their own field and desperately run forward. Slowly, they will be compared and affected.
Especially to this year, slowly from a freelancer mentality, adjust to the mentality of an entrepreneur.
I was very lucky to meet someone. I have one person to thank. My best friend and best brother will not laugh at youth. We joined the company and became friends in 2011, but he also quit in 2019.
We were just thinking, can we do something meaningful together?
12 Something meaningful
What is meaningful may differ from person to person.

13 The luck thing
