The next day, I interviewed four companies, three training institutions, only one recruitment, in Xisanqi, finally failed. Weekend unexpectedly also received an interview, strange things happened.

I received an interview in Tianjin on the weekend. I only wanted to be in Beijing, but the frustration of the interview made me want to have a try. The weird thing is, most companies just give you the address, they don’t care if you come. The company specifically contacted me, asked for the train ticket time, and told me which bus would get me there.
When I got on the bus, I was told that the project manager was not in the company, so I was asked to go to a further place (a district in Tianjin, to avoid regional discrimination, not to mention) for an interview. At this time, most people would go, because they came from another city after all, and they didn’t want to give up the opportunity. At that time, I not only wanted to interview, but also wanted to have a fun day with my classmates in Tianjin. When I heard the request to go further, I resolutely refused and then went to find my classmates.
To hebei University of Technology, the classmate told me fortunately did not go, that is a MLM organization. I am glad to have escaped, because two months later the news: fresh college life and death in the MLM organization, the region is to let me go to the interview place.

When I returned to Beijing, I got my first offer in the software Park on the first day of my life. There were more than ten employees in the company. There was no front end, simple problem + a recursive programming problem, but the salary was really too low, 100 per day (the internship salary was calculated by day). I didn’t say no. I said I’d think about it. I thought I’d try again.
The next day, I got the second offer from SHANGdi — XX Net Airline. It is still a small company, I asked some Jquery, the salary is better, 160 per day, I agreed, the day after tomorrow.
Ordinary days of XX Net Airlines
The first thing I did when I entered the company was to move to a nearby place, where the rent was very expensive and I could only live in a dormitory of 650 months. Fortunately, I lived with all my classmates, and the short distance to work could give me more time to study, but I did not seize the time.
The small company is not busy and the technology is very backward. The first project was written with Jquery. Vue was mentioned in the interview before, so I started to learn VUE in my spare time. When the company is done, they watch videos to learn. The first look is technology fat class, relatively simple, are some of the framework of the basic use. I spend more than three hours studying every day. And something embarrassing happened:
Our boss is to support learning, but each video has 10 seconds before the game advertising, just opened the video, still in the advertising part, was seen by the boss 😅, the boss said: play the game can, but moderate.
Anyway, in August, I became a full-time employee with a salary of 6K and an annual increase of 2k. Vue use part of the learning almost, the company jquery project with vue rewrite again. In this way, half a year has passed.
Bottlenecks in 2018
After the New Year, I applied for a raise, but it was only 1K. The bottleneck of this year: it’s not that the technical level has reached the bottleneck, but that I am very confused. I don’t know what to learn. I feel that I can write projects with VUE, so I have the world. The river of time will not stop, what did not learn half a year in the past. My classmates, who all earned more than me, persuaded me to change my job. But I didn’t change: 1. I feel I’m not capable, but I don’t know what to study; 2. Listen to the big pie drawn by the boss.
But I had no idea. I spent a month learning the basics of React. In September, I was really slapped in the face. The boss refused to raise 2k’s salary on the grounds that the company was not developing well. He hoped that I could stay and get a raise when the company was developing well. Disheartened by the company at that time, determined to start looking for a job. Finally, with the ability to use BOTH VUE and React, I got the offer — The salary was 10K.
An ordinary day in plastic medicine
I started my job in Wangjing SOHO in October. The working environment is really good and the leader is also good. The disadvantage is that there is no front-end leader, resulting in slow technological progress and confusion. The project leader has rich working experience, so he has learned engineering knowledge and technical blowing skills from the project.
Once again, the quiet days were broken. After the completion of the company’s medical sales platform system, the whole technical department had to be laid off for the reason of unsatisfactory income. After only two months on the job, I was faced with unemployment again. But this interview went well…
After interviewing for a week, I got three offers with salaries of 12K, 13K and 14K respectively. Because I feel good working environment in Wangjing, I chose 13 K (billion horizon). On the first day, I felt the atmosphere of the company was very bad and saw many people working overtime. On the second day, I decided to find an excuse not to go to the company and chose Zhiyun.com, a 14K website. It seems that less than half a year to close down 😭.

The working environment was not good. There was a skilled leader in the interview, so the others could endure. After entering the job, I quickly entered the working state. The leader told me that it is not good to blindly develop every requirement. Only by understanding the requirements and clarifying the code ideas can I get twice the result with half the effort before entering the development.
I gained a better understanding of the requirements development process, not just doing what the product asked me to do, but giving product advice from a development perspective. Business can develop better.
The good time is very short, the first month on the job did not pay salary (half a year later to receive), under inquiry, I know that the old employees have not been paid for two or three months. I feel very sad. I have experienced three companies in one year, and all of them are in arrears of wages. At that time, I was a little numb. After considering for a day, I decided to quit, because of the pressure of life, and I didn’t know when I could have money in my hand.
In the second interview, I did not write the recent two jobs on my resume. It is really bad to change jobs frequently, but there is nothing I can do. I was too scared to ask each interview if the company was stable. Because there is no requirement for salary, I finally got the offer of 12K — Zhongshi Kangkai.
The happy life of Kangkai in 2019
I joined the company on January 1, 2019. Although it is a small company, all the people in it are very nice, including the boss. Technical leader is very supportive of learning. As long as the task is completed, he can learn at any time in the company, such as watching videos, reading documents and reading books.
In the first week of my employment, teacher Fu (technical leader) gave me a course of opening a class bar and asked me to learn. I must have been very obedient at the beginning. I took courses whenever I had time, and my career began to have an Epiphany.
Began to climb the mountain
Due to the unreasonable work arrangement, 996 people worked overtime in the first half of the year and had few tasks in the second half of the year. Since August, I have had a lot of study time (more than 8 hours a day). First start the class did not see the class to finish reading!!
The course was very comprehensive. I focused on vUE and React. In the past, it was developed with the most basic features of the framework, and many of the designs were very cumbersome. During the course, you learned many important techniques that are not commonly used in the use of frameworks. Examples include mixins, directives, filters, dynamic components, and so on. And I started to get into the framework design principles, and then there were new challenges.
A new challenge
Learning framework principles is very difficult. Fu teacher let me learn js basic knowledge, otherwise it is difficult to understand the framework principle. In recent years, I have been learning framework to use, but the JavaScript foundation is very poor, the poor is outrageous, so I decided to make up for the JS foundation. He recommended a lot of books in the live broadcast. I bought three small dirty books (js you don’t know) and went deep into react technology stack.
I strongly recommend the first volume of small Yellow Book, the content is very good, knowledge is very complete, but the first volume is very thin (about 100 pages), resulting in not very details, small white start not easy. Although I have worked for two years, but for JS part is not much better than xiao Bai. Very hard to read for a long time, read more than a few times to understand the place, a few months to learn a lot of basic knowledge. To this day, the first Yellow Book is still the best book I have ever read.
During the same period, I also read the React technology stack, which explained the implementation principles of many functions. However, due to my poor JS skills, I learned many principles by heart, and could only understand 30% of them. What you can’t understand can only be put away and then looked back.
To leave again
In January 2020, I decided to change my job again for two reasons: 1. 2. I have worked for nearly three years and want to work in a big company. The boss saw that I wanted to go, so let teacher Fu talk to me, find the right to go, find not to continue to work. Thank you very much for every colleague in this company. Now I keep in touch with them to discuss technology.
We met with five companies, three of which were outsourcing from big factories. Outsourcing pay is relatively high 😊. In this interview, the company basically asked about js foundation and framework principle (I used framework before). After half a year’s study, THE interview went more smoothly, and I finally got three offers: two outsourcing 18K and BOE 15K. Finally, I chose BOE, because it is a state-owned enterprise, the working environment is very good, the pressure is very small, and I can have more time to study.
To the epidemic

Fearing that the lockdown of Beijing would delay the entry of the new company, he returned to Beijing by bus on the eighth day of the eighth lunar month, only to be told that his entry would be postponed for half a month due to the impact of the epidemic. Boe ‘takes off’ life in 2020
On February 17, 2020, he was officially hired. Working from home during the epidemic, there is no task at the beginning of the job, the daily task can be completed in a few hours. End working from home
In the middle of April, I finished working at home and went to work in Jiuxianqiao, far away from me. Three hours a day on the road, but it’s nice to leave work at 5:30 every day. The state of learning is still not back, every day is work, play. Occasionally I read a book, but I can’t learn anything. In June the company let us move back to the headquarters (Yizhuang). In August, after two dismal months, a major turning point in my life came.
I am lucky to meet you at the turning point of my life
I had planned to stay in a comfortable state-owned enterprise, but I met the most important teacher in August. When I was bored at work, I went to B station to look for some courses. I found a teacher by chance, who could always speak out some difficult knowledge points. After solving many of my technical doubts, I had an Epiphany and brushed 80% of the teacher’s classes in a month. It rediscovered my passion for technology. Then he saw a JS basic combination class, 22 classes 2600 minutes. This class got me started. Last year’s study let me see the new continent, this year’s study let me set foot on it.

I set a flag in my heart, one lesson every day, no matter how busy I am, I can’t break it. Watch the course every day for a month, write all the code of the course again, and understand all the knowledge points. Two hours of lessons and another two hours of understanding, every day is very fulfilling. Even on business trips, it was more than 9 o ‘clock when I returned to the hotel at night, and I had to finish my study before going to bed.
22 classes in 22 days. At this time, I study with unprecedented momentum. After the teacher’s class, I bought a lot of books.

These books let me have a deeper understanding of JS. There are many books on algorithms, networks, optimization, and code specifications that I won’t list.

In October, over the mountains
National Day back to Beijing, made a detailed study plan, began to study every night until 1:30, get up at 6 in the morning to continue learning, in order to develop the habit of reading, plan every evening 10:30 -12 o ‘clock is reading time, all things to make way for reading. In November, my body began to feel uncomfortable. I spent too much time sitting, resulting in waist pain. Had to change plans: Left work at 5.30pm, stayed at the office until 7pm (when the gym is less crowded), then went for an hour-long run. Persisted for half a month, the physical condition obviously improved. Every day less than an hour of study time, after all, health is more important. This year, affected by the epidemic, I spent the Spring Festival away from home for the first time in my life. I studied less in these seven days, and I was so tired in these months that I dreamed of hair loss several times. I want to relax for a few days. After the year began to prepare for the interview.
New life in 2021
Js foundation has been very confident, every night to sort out the vUE source code before, in the morning to learn network knowledge, algorithm. Realize the importance of optimization, and a lot of improvement in website optimization are in the network layer.
The interview
The interview will start at the end of February, 2021. This time, I will send my resume to major Internet companies and online education.
This interview was extremely difficult. Almost all companies had coding and algorithm questions. After studying hard for half a year, I made my way through many interviews. But it was still dumped at the gate of dachang.
Because of the lack of work experience in Internet companies, several big companies (Ali, Kuaishou, Meituan) are hanging on three sides (talk about experience, talk about ideal). I was a little frustrated, but I never let you down with my efforts. I still got four offers: Meitu Xiuxiu, Banyu, Shihui group and Gauss Education. Finally, I chose to go with the salary of 24×14+2300, because the interviewer gave me a very good feeling.

In March 2021, I invited my colleagues from my department to dinner. 19th was my lastday in boe. The environment here is really great, if you don’t want to go out while you are young, BOE is definitely the ideal company. Move on to the next job!!

I joined the new company at the end of March.
Tired: the company work system 10 10 5, Friday can work at 6 o ‘clock. 10 o ‘clock off work, really tired, physical and mental exhaustion. Happiness: Both front end leaders (turn once department) and project leaders are very good.
The project leader was very good and taught me how to work in a better team and how to communicate with colleagues. If there are problems, I should always follow up and the business should not stop.
The front-end leader is also very good. When I meet a question, he will patiently guide me to solve it instead of directly telling me how to do it. Also took me to do project optimization, let me have a deeper understanding of optimization, encountered problems to: bold assumptions, fast practice, careful verification.
Here comes double minus
The “double minus” policy is right, so that children can grow up healthier and refuse to worry. But it came so suddenly that all education companies were caught off guard by news of job cuts that had been in the air for months.
The leaders of the company repeatedly emphasized that what Banyu does is interest teaching, and we are an international department, so we should keep a steady attitude and do business well. I had never thought about leaving, but I was still nervous as my colleagues left.
Finally, in the middle of September, the leader came to several of our colleagues and said that only two of us would stay, and he himself would also leave. He suggested that the two most familiar with the project should be retained. I was transferred in the middle of the project and would definitely leave. It has been six months since I came to the company, but my application for full-time employment has not been passed yet. The leader is very nice to say that he has helped me strive for compensation. Six months is calculated as one year, and the compensation is two months. You can also ask him if you have any task problems when looking for a job.
Soon signed a separation agreement, and set foot on the road to find a job. I hope the fish will pull through and get better and better.
Interview in October
Because I met many big factories in March and changed jobs too frequently, many big factories failed to arrange interviews. This interview has added a difficulty, JS basic skills, framework principles, basic algorithms, optimization strategies, and even security will be asked.
I interviewed for a week at the end of September and offered 25×14.5. Because of the compensation, so do not rush to enter the job, want to many aspects. I just didn’t answer. I told him to wait. By the middle of October, I have received offers from Duxiaoman Finance, Youzan, Yonyou and some unknown companies. You feel more traditional companies, you have the headquarters in Hangzhou. Therefore, I finally chose Du Xiaoman, with a satisfactory salary increase. After joining the company, IT was proved that I made no wrong choice.
The happy life of xiao Man

The technical development process is perfect, generally there is no pressure on the construction period (unless the task is too urgent), and the working pressure should be relatively small compared with the company in the rear factory village. Employees are also encouraged to learn and progress, and new employees are provided with mentors to help them quickly integrate into the work. There is no PUA (at least not in my department). After one month on the job, I have already started to devote myself to my work, hoping that both myself and the company can get better and better.
