When logging in the account of some websites on the computer, many times need to use verification code to log in, such as the webpage version of flying book, Sohu and video website and so on.
The usual practice: Check the verification code received on the phone and then fill it into various apps on the computer, unlike the iPhone’s native input method, which automatically reads the verification code for text messages.
Here’s how to receive an iPhone verification code directly on your Mac:
Open the Messaging App on your Mac, turn on your preferences, switch to the iMessage Messaging TAB, and check the enable iCloud Messaging TAB.
Next, open the iPhone’s System Settings >> SMS and select SMS Forward to allow your Mac to receive messages forwarded from the iPhone.
Once you’ve done that, the next time you need to log in to your Mac with your phone’s verification code, the iPhone will automatically forward the incoming text message to the Mac.
So, no need to pick up your phone every time you receive a captcha, one less reason to grope? (not)
