As the mobile industry has globalized, Google Play has added a variety of different payment methods, allowing users to choose which payment method they prefer. Please note that the country/region Settings of your Google Play account affect the payment options you can choose.
To change the country/region, you need to set up a new country/region in Google Play. To set up a new country, the user must be located in the country and have a supported payment method in the new country.
Please note:
- You can only change the PLAY country Settings once a year. Therefore, if you change your country/region, you will not be able to change back to your previous country/region for one year.
- After you change your country, you will not be able to use the Google Play balance you had in your previous country in the new country.
