Although I am not HR, I usually hire people by myself, which is more efficient and helps me know more about the candidates. HR should mainly help me with the process. So I have experience.

Resume search interface
This is the resume search interface of Zhaopin.com, similar to other platforms.
The most frequently used one is keyword search. Other functions are for HR precise search, not applicable to us, you can see the optimization.
Search for “data analysis”. “more than 4,000” means a lot, a lot, and it’s very popular, in order to prevent crawlers. The average person doesn’t use that much.
Each platform has its own sorting rules. On Zhaopin, tags such as golden collar and urgent job search will come first. Then is the matching degree, recently logged in, sent, resume keywords very match (TF/IDF algorithm), comprehensive calculation, to each resume ranking.
This is the natural number one ranking of search data analysts. Take a look. The last three jobs were all data analysts.
The search results bar will display several information:
1. Gender, age, region, education background;
2. Work experience, company and position information.
Pay attention to the places marked yellow. These are the places where search keywords appear.
When I’m hiring, I spend an hour a day sifting through resumes, and when I find them, I scan down the page. My personal screening highlights are:
1, working hours, depending on whether you change jobs frequently. Frequent job changes are not very stable;
2, education, mainly see professional, data analysts with statistics, mathematics, computer and other sidelined;
3, Company, company and position, here can actually see your career path. Gradually upward have extra points, a sales a data, this has to reduce points.
Personal Summary \
If everything looks ok, I’ll open the resume. In fact, there are three key points after clicking:
1. Personal summary;
2. Work experience;
3. Project Experience.
Zhaopin is a strange place, putting the personal summary (called “self-evaluation”) at the end. I am used to reading personal summary directly, because this part can best reflect a person’s summary and refining ability.
Like above this, not quite qualified, say is empty talk, basic can judge is a fresh year, or just graduated soon.
This is a little better than the above, but it’s all empty talk and worthless.
This is a good one. It explains industry background, tools, analytics, soft skills, and has a description. You can refer to it.
Personal summary and self-evaluation are the introduction of the paper. You need to put your best words here.
I’ve summarized a routine that you can copy:
Personal summary

If you have anything else worth saying, be sure to write it here. This is not something you’re proud of, but something valuable to the employer. You didn’t wet the bed at the age of 1, which is great, but please no! Want to! Write! On! Come on!

Work experience
On the home page, you’ll actually see your work history. There, you’ll see the frequency of job changes, career paths, and company information. And this is what it looks like:
You see, it also highlights my search for “data analysis.” Played search engines, SEO students should be able to understand seconds. How does a machine know how good your resume is for a searcher? It really depends on the density of keywords in your resume. This keyword density is very high, and the content is also very appropriate, do is really the work of the data analyst. Does it feel high quality?
Reasons for high quality:
1. Classification of all work;
2. Each type of work has specific work content;
3. The overall work content is consistent with the responsibilities of senior data analyst;
4. Prioritize tasks in order of importance

Project experience
It is recommended to add 2-3 project experiences to each work experience. Many students do not write, feel that are repetitive work. It’s not. To give you an example:
This project experience is only one month, in fact, I think less than a month. But look, it was a great project experience. There is a brief introduction of the project, the process before and after, there are details, there are results, there is a review.
A project experience is a way of exposing the details of your work to the HR or interviewer so they can get to know you better. This has nothing to do with the length of time, the point is whether you have really done it, the work is organized, the process is perfect, have their own thinking. Don’t put the cart before the horse
When you write about a five-year project, I wonder if you’ve been noodling.
The project experience seems pretty impressive, but I probably won’t invite you, which is purely personal. Personally, I think there are too many professional terms without any concrete content.
If I were to write, I might write, select the product when considering XX, XX and other factors, so select XX, XX, XX and other indicators, after the customer questionnaire survey, combined with the principal component analysis method, confirm the weight of each indicator, and then determine the product selection strategy, the selection of goods. And after the selection, the sales of XX, XX aspects of monitoring, timely discovery of problems, continue to optimize the XXXX……..
Instead of using 5W2H, PEST, the method itself is right, but the lack of details is your fault.

Resume Screening Process
This is my personal process, only on behalf of the individual, also not necessarily right, only for reference. But you can secretly ask if your HR is also like this
1. Search keywords
2. Scan the results page quickly, each resume lasts 3-5 seconds, and pay attention to: college major matching, working hours, frequent job-hopping, career path;
3, meet the conditions, first open, and then unified one by one;
4. Personal summary: Look at your summary and refining ability, see whether you have the hard and soft skills I need, and whether you have similar work experience and project experience.
5. Work experience: It depends on your position in the company and team, what you are mainly responsible for, what you are involved in, and what your specific job responsibilities are. It depends on whether you can prioritize things and whether you can help the team in some places.
6. Project Experience: It depends on your actual landing ability, whether you are talking empty talk and using conventional words, whether you have rules and ideas when doing things.
