2. Keep your mouth shut and move

For me, most evenings are “meal replacements,” which save me the time to eat a meal and use it for exercise while satisfying my body’s energy needs. At the same time, adhere to more than 30 minutes of aerobic consumption every day. For the first 10 catties, in 1-2 weeks can fall. Slowly it will become a new habit and way of life, no longer a “painful” thing.
3. Measure feedback and keep improving
