The GVP — Gitee’s Most Valuable Open Source Project Program is a showcase for Gitee’s comprehensive evaluation of outstanding open source projects. The selection of GVP projects should not only meet the objective hard indicators, but also be approved by the subjective voting of the evaluation committee. The following is a list of the most recent projects selected for GVP as of January 2020 (in order of inclusion) :

GOSP

Qt is an excellent C++ development framework made by the europeans. The API is easy to use, but it is too big and heavy (Qt requires a lot of RAM and ROM). GOSP provides a Qt-like API without relying on Qt, requires only a few hundred KILobytes of hardware resources (much smaller than Qt), can run in Qt does not support low performance areas (to complement Qt), suitable for embedded development. GOSP is the easiest GUI framework to understand, the simplest ever.

L7 geospatial data visual analysis engine

L7 is an open source development framework for visual analysis of large-scale geospatial data based on WebGL launched by AntV data visualization team of Ant Financial. L in L7 stands for Location, and 7 stands for the seven continents of the world, implying the ability to provide visual analysis for global Location data. L7 focuses on the visualization of data and achieves clear and effective expression from data to information through setting visual variables such as color, size, texture, direction and volume.

L7 can meet the common map chart, BI system visualization analysis, as well as GIS, transportation, electricity, land, agriculture, urban and other fields of spatial information management, analysis and other application system development requirements.
