Fortunately, the recruitment target was basically reached in September, followed by team management issues such as the integration of new staff and technical planning, which is actually very important to think about when we review later: the team is not large, how to integrate new staff quickly and make full use of their technical ability is particularly important.

Currently there are 10 people (4 interns) in the group who were recruited this year. Now looking at the recruitment, it is no problem to give yourself a passing grade. In the recent weekly meeting, the topic was about the harvest of 21 years. Many students mentioned that they changed their jobs and expressed their recognition of the current situation. In fact, for me, in the same way, I also met new work partners and contacted new vision and ideas.

management

This year is my first year of management in a real sense. Although the amount of code has not decreased, I have taken a very important step in management methods, concepts and practices: I began to try to communicate well with others; To look at things from a third perspective; Dare to praise and criticize, etc. Of course, there are many things I did badly and I was criticized by the Leader a lot. Fortunately, I am not PUA. I am very lucky to get timely criticism and feedback.

There were also many quarrels with other teams: UI classmates shouted and complained, and hundreds of UI modification suggestions made us change it to midnight; Teasing the interaction of product functions, no one refuses to accept but each other to test; Arguments with the back end of the students, and joking abuse and so on. On the way of management, these can not be avoided, methodology everyone can, but all kinds of factors mixed together, plus as a new management, practice deviation is quite big. There are still many points to improve in the future. It is the most basic premise to do things right and well in this position, empower the business, and lead the team to do more self-breakthrough.

React + UMI + TS: Reconstructs two vUE projects using React. Hooks library, component library, utils library. The most noticeable change is that students become more familiar with TypeScript. When code review is done now, the red prompt in the IDE is almost gone. This year, I did some things in engineering construction: NPM private server, more rigorous standardization, faster construction, CI, YApi secondary development, new project templates and so on. Most of them were completed by my team mates, and I “gave orders”.

I think the most important thing is the sorting and maintenance of internal documents, which is a very valuable wealth of knowledge. Through the document to reach the most basic consensus, help new people quickly integrate, eliminate part of the difference of cognition, avoid invalid debate. It is also a thesis for managers to keep the document co-construction mode and improve it continuously to improve the enthusiasm of team members.

There are still a lot of things to do, such as graph visualization algorithm, optimization, Node application, etc., new technology points, exploration and challenges in unfamiliar areas will be more.

In terms of myself alone, this year’s technical horizon widened a lot, such as reading historical collection of articles and sharing, every time there is a new harvest, suddenly enlightened more times. But, but ah, my own output is very little, the front-end group in the whole year to share technology 21 times, I only once. In 22 years, I will keep the sense of rhythm, and I hope to do some new things to assist development and business, share more, and maintain internal and external communication.

Summer is the peak period of exercise. I go to the gym twice a week on average. The most common exercise is swimming. In December, I started my badminton appointment with my company friends again. I would go to the gym opposite our company to play badminton at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday or Thursday, and it was fun and enjoyable for 1-2 hours each time. After graduation and work, I have more experience and common sense. My thoughts on people and things have changed every year. I have been in constant small anxiety and many worries, but I have not reached the edge of collapse.
