Some students in the class were quick, interested and diligent, and went to ACM Competition Lab. Of course, I did not go, because I felt that I could not suffer from the algorithm.
In addition to course study, I also joined two associations, one was a school-level organization and the other was the Student Union of our school. The original intention was to meet more people and improve my social skills, and I also got to know some interesting people.
Soon my freshman year ended in a muddle of study, work and play. In my sophomore year, I chose to stay in the university-level organization. My responsibilities were to take photos, send messages and take duty. After the secretary came, I felt much better and my time did not conflict with my study. This year, I got to know some knowledge of finance and economics. I also listened to it as a general education course and learned some interesting principles. In terms of computer knowledge, I learned the basic knowledge of Java and MySQL, and also made a super simple terminal to add, delete, change and check the so-called bank management system.
Nothing particularly interesting happened in my sophomore year, but I remember that the gap between me and several other students in my class opened up a bit during that year. It was in a data structure class, and the teacher wanted to recruit some students to participate in the competition of service outsourcing, Internet plus and so on. If you are interested, please go to him. Yeah, I did, and I didn’t go, and I thought it would take up a lot of time and make me tired, you know? Now THAT I think about it, I didn’t want anything. I wasn’t active at all. I had nothing to do, but I didn’t do anything to improve myself. Later, those students who participated in the competition won the provincial award and the national award, and some of them were admitted into the teacher’s project team. Their engineering ability was greatly improved in practice. In the process of chatting with them, some professional words such as frame and server, which I knew nothing about at that time, came up, which seemed very cool to me.
In the summer vacation of sophomore year, IT was my first time to touch the front end. I started to learn the basic knowledge of HTML and CSS by following the video (President Wang). I remember to use the Hbuilder editor, and started to learn from the simplest tags and layouts. I also completed the static page of XXX website by following the video. Clearing float should have been the difficulty of learning at that time, otherwise I would not have thought of this word when I was coding words. But it only lasted for a while, and I didn’t really get into it. I didn’t even learn jQuery.
At the beginning of my junior year, the university-level organization resigned, and I still had specialized courses to learn. Since March 2019, the second semester of my junior year, I have done a lot of things.
I took an elective course on Web front-end development. Before the class, I thought I was going to learn the React framework systematically from three pieces. (framework? Is that the word I thought was awesome?) The teacher was very interesting. He said he didn’t want to teach the three-piece package because the students could not find a job after learning it, so he directly led us to use the productivity tools. Moreover, he asked us to buy an Ali cloud server, register a domain name, and deploy our homework on the website for his inspection. There is the name of girl friend in my domain name (it is ex-girl friend now), have not expired also then used. Busy finished domain name record, resolution, we began to decorate their home page, have done the dazzling, also have a blank page directly posted links to the job, my home page because the server did not renew for some time, things are gone, so do not post photos, but still have a backup, want to see it or can be found. It is in this course that I have learned a lot, including but not limited to Github, Antd, Node, NPM, Express, PM2, Linux, MobaXterm and other knowledge and tools, which will have a positive impact on my future employment direction.
Participated in the service outsourcing competition. Yeah, I finally stopped being so “wishy-feely.” Even though this competition doesn’t have a lot of money, I want to do something. I want to win, and I want my resume to be more or less beefed up. Through the competition, after entering the game, when selected topic is a communication platform of enterprise, after numerous discuss with team members and multiple struggle day and night, after we finished the demand analysis, project detailed solutions, technology solutions, such as document writing, and eventually decided to adopt WeChat to complete the communication platform in the form of small programs. As there were only five people in the team, three women and two men, I and another male roommate took the initiative to write the code. UI and product prototypes were drawn and handed to us. We did some pages, because it was our first contact, and we encountered some problems with API and layout of wechat developer tools. Less than 30% of the pages and features are finished hahaha. Submitted the documents, source code, PPT, video and other information, such as the organizers notice. Fortunately, we did not win the third prize, that is to say, we have to go to the offline venue to sprint for the first prize. It was the first time for us to go abroad in the name of participating members. We went to Wuxi, and the day before the final, we simulated oral defense in the hotel and ate pizza served by the teacher. It’s a pity that I only won the second prize of the national prize in the end. The ranking is not important now. At least, I think this experience is unforgettable.
I decided to take the postgraduate entrance exam. Yes, I decided to take the postgraduate entrance exam on March 11, 2019. A long time ago, my family asked me whether I wanted to take the postgraduate entrance examination. At that time, I refused, because I thought that project experience was not more important than academic degree in our line of work. When I graduated, others had two or three years of working experience. But then I punched myself in the face. When everyone was looking for an internship, I felt that MY ability at that time was not enough to find a satisfactory job. I wanted to have more time to settle myself and give myself a buffer period. I’m sure I’m not alone. So where? I made what now seems to be an impulsive decision to apply for this college. I was also asked why I didn’t go to a better school. I just want a diploma is a reason, take the time to fall in love, and, in the contest of course also need to invest time, I think these will let I can’t really calm down and review, this is also a reason, the other is fear of failure, I afraid of not on very good school, and then adjust nobody wants, both the work are not satisfied, and looking for the last… To sum up, I chose the professional master of our school with relatively low difficulty.
Senior year, the first half of the year is used to review for postgraduate entrance examination. Take an examination of graduate school, prepare to open the report defense. Then I went home for the holidays, and at the end of December 2019, COVID-19 broke out in Wuhan……
I finished my graduation thesis and project at home. Oh, my graduation project can be outsourced by service. I abandoned the one I wrote before and wrote a new one by myself, which was still a small program of wechat and Java used in the back end. I was very bad at it. Instead of learning the back end framework, I used several simple servlets by myself. I had a great time with my graduation thesis. It’s a shame it was done online.
The pandemic is like hitting the speed button
I returned to school in May 2020, and the second interview list came down. Then in the school to prepare for the second test, and then was intended to be admitted.
I will graduate in June 2020. Fortunately, there will be an offline graduation ceremony. After wearing the gown, taking the double certificate and taking the graduation photo, my university came to an end. I said goodbye to my friends, but for me, this school is unfinished.
Graduate school was like a dream
I took classes, read literature, held group meetings, and basically stayed in the laboratory except for sleeping and eating. I published my thesis and met one of the minor requirements for graduation. I thought I should go out to practice, but my tutor said no. As for front-end learning, I started to do several small projects, and also laid a solid foundation. I found many details that I neglected in previous learning.
There are no classes in the second year of graduate school, so start deep learning for graduation? This looks totally out of place on the front end, and I don’t think I’ll do it after I graduate. So now I’m studying the front end for employment; I studied deep learning for graduation. This year Xiaolu came.
Such a stroke, I found that I am an ordinary person, wait for me to set a flag!!
I’m the nuggets
I registered on February 4, 2021 and have posted 15 articles so far. Although the quality is not high, I like the feeling of accumulation.
