This year, I did several big things: getting married, changing my job, and restarting my official account. Here’s a look back at what I did in 2021.
I look back on my 2021
First quarter (January-March) :
In the first three months of this year, I have been interviewing more than 20 companies in total. The whole process of the interview is very tortuous and long. After each interview, I summarized the interview questions into the relevant documents, as follows:

Second quarter (April-June) :
During this period, the two most important things are getting married and changing jobs.
On April 30th, my girlfriend and I got married after seven years of love. We both had tears in our eyes. We were very happy.
On May 20th, after 5 rounds of interviews, I was officially hired by Shenzhen Ali and started my journey of Ali.
Third quarter (July-September) :
In these months, I went on a business trip to Hangzhou for training during the probation period. To be honest, Ali’s training system is indeed very perfect, but it also puts great pressure on the new recruits in all aspects. In the beginning, I was stressed out and gradually adapted to it. Finally, I found my own rhythm and balanced work, life and study.
Fourth quarter (October-December) :
In the last quarter of 2021, I did several interesting and challenging things.
1, test the water short video
Learn to make a short video, I bought several paid professional course study, in the end, I produced about 20 or so related short video about the underlying ability, but from the point of the data, all aspects of the indicators are gradually reduced, indicating that the programmer of short video the consumption form is not a cold, This kind of content doesn’t give you much value in the shortest amount of time, and we’re a more input efficient group. What takes a minute never takes two minutes. Therefore, I decisively abandoned the short video recording plan.
2, the public restart
Compared with short videos, the reading form of articles on the official account is more suitable for programmers’ consumption habits. Therefore, on December 7th, I woke up the official account, which had been silent for a year, and published the first article of this year, “After solving these 7 problems, I began to self-discipline addiction”.
After that, I successively produced two high-quality articles on internal training and some systematic interview articles titled “Start now: Learn to Learn, Learn to grow” and “By solving these 7 questions, MY output efficiency increased by 100%”.
3. Super individual fitness programs
I started a super individual fitness program on November 10th based on the Keep app:
- HIT vitality burning fat: the programmer improves the physique essential, every week 1, 3, 5, 6.
- Abdominal muscle tear: 6 pieces of abdominal muscle training necessary, every week 2, 4, 7.
- Push-ups challenge plan: start with 20 push-ups, increase to 21 at the next workout, and so on, 1, 3 and 5 times a week.
- Planking challenge plan: start with 1 minute planking, increase to 1 minute 10 seconds at the next workout, and so on, 2,4,7 days a week.
- Squat challenge program: Start with 40 squats, increase to 42 at the next workout, and so on, daily except Saturday.
In addition, in order to strengthen my motivation to keep going, I shared my daily punch card on wechat moments, which would expose this to my family and friends, forcing me to stick to my fitness plan. Therefore, I have clocked in the moments of friends every day since November 22nd, and I have persisted until now. The current progress is as follows:
- Push-up challenge plan: from 20 to 48.
- Plank challenge plan: from 1 minute to 5 minutes 20 seconds.
- Squatting challenge plan: from 40 squats to 100 squats, now I have entered the second level challenge, 20 narrow squats =>100 squats, add 2 squats each time, now I have achieved 28 squats.
I also run 5km in the talent park near my company twice a week before dinner. After a month of systematic training, I feel that my energy and physical fitness have improved a level compared to before. I sincerely suggest that you take fitness as the most important thing every day, you will find a different world.
4. Learn IELTS English words
As the company’s business is oriented to the global market, necessary English is still necessary, so I started the daily punching plan of 3,271 IELTS core words, and learned 20 words every day. So far, I have learned 3,271 words in 168 days, as shown in the picture below:
In the future, I will learn directly from English technical documents related to the job, so that I can learn more efficiently.
Second, looking ahead to my 2022
In this year, I will make the following three plans as my core plans. As follows:
1. Update plan of public account
In the future, there will be three updates to the article on Our official wechat account: Flutter performance optimization series, internal skills training method, and a private systematic Android interview question.
2, super programmer’s internal skills training plan
This year, I will create a manual for super programmers, and I will share with you my personal practice and essence in the public account.
3. Super individual fitness programs
When you can’t see the road ahead, keep doing what’s right. Building a strong body is a goal everyone should have, especially with all the diseases in the world. I can’t emphasize this enough. Take my personal experience as an example, I have been a person with a very weak constitution since childhood, and I would get a headache and heat at the first blow of wind and rain, especially later in high school and college, all kinds of minor ailments and chronic inflammation came, such as chronic pharyngitis and conjunctivitis in high school, rhinitis and otitis media in college. The weakness of my body and these pains made me wish I were dead, and I doubted life for a while. Fortunately, I met my wife, now behind because of love, slowly, I began to learn how to constantly improve themselves, while in the course of several years of long, again and again, I once lost to yourself, but, every time I get up, and each time I insist on more, the physical quality also gradually improve. So far, I have exercised on keep for more than 26,000 minutes and won the title of All-around Ace, as shown in the picture below:
