I. Overall function of the system

As the main transmitter of emergency broadcast signals, the municipal radio station broadcasts to the radio FM receiving terminals covering the whole city through the municipal radio station. In case of emergency, the system can be used to carry out unified, zoned and fixed-point wireless emergency broadcasting and propaganda at the border, entry and exit ports, main roads, key business districts, key transportation hubs, densely populated areas and squares of border cities.

The sub-control center of FM-RDS wireless emergency broadcasting system should be installed in the emergency broadcasting vehicle. In case of emergency, the wireless FM receiving terminal within the coverage area can be opened on the spot by the emergency broadcasting vehicle for emergency broadcasting or long-distance super power propaganda.

Ii. System architecture and functions

1. Municipal Radio Station Control Center:

The municipal Broadcasting Control Center is the unified broadcasting control center of the city. 3. Receiving Mode:

System security and anti-theft broadcast function

The system uses the method of internal code encryption to prevent illegal broadcast. The premise for each terminal of the system to work is to be able to detect the front-end identification code. When encountering interference signals or illegal co-frequency carriers, the terminal only receives the carrier frequency, but cannot receive the system identification code, the system will automatically shut down, so as to achieve the function of stealing broadcast. The system encryption is soft encryption method, not the conventional physical hard encryption, so it has the characteristics of good confidentiality, not easy to be cracked.
