The direction of

After two or three interviews a day, I am too tired to go to bed and do not want to move.

My idea of interview is: first interview with some small companies, basically got the offer, and then interview with some big companies that don’t want to go to, feel stable, and then interview with the company I want to work for, of course, if you are very good, you don’t have to follow this idea.

In the beginning, I would record technical questions for every interview, which was convenient to check and fill in the gaps. But in the later stage, I only recorded some questions that I could not answer well, because I had met many questions before.

When the interview arrived in October, I found that the basic questions asked by those interviewers were all these. I said the answers to many questions more than ten times, and it was difficult to remember and open my mouth.

The answer rate of technical questions ranged from 85 to 90 percent in September to 95 percent in October, and the technical interviews were basically passed.

So, it’s good to have more interviews, too. If you’re a little bit more engaged, you’ll make fewer mistakes, and you’ll be more clear about your goals.

State of mind

The change of mentality is still very important. For example, in my first job-hopping interview, I didn’t meet many companies, but I didn’t want to meet any companies that offered me an offer, and I kept hinting that the offer was good and went there.

However, in the interview of big factory in September, many people kneel in the first or second round. They only received one offer from big factory, not the company they want to work for most, so they didn’t go there. Therefore, I rejected all the offers I received from large and medium-sized factories in September.

September was very anxious, and the Mid-Autumn Festival was over in September and the National Day was over in October. I had expected to work normally before October, but things did not go as smoothly as I thought, so I spent another National Day with anxiety, but I still believe that THERE are good offers waiting for me.

Therefore, I think the most important thing is to calm down, do not break down in the middle of the choice, the later the more stable attitude, good offer is often in the last.

Actually, I think the interview process is a bit difficult, and I feel a little tired after about a month. I thought the salary of the first-line big factory was relatively high, but I found that it was almost the same as the current salary.
