In recent years, I have participated in the early development, design and pre-sales support of more than 40 projects, and all of them have been successfully completed. Accepted the scheme design and resource integration of at least 8 products, and even selected suppliers; I have independently completed the unilateral outsourcing management and delivery of two projects. I would like to add that the two independent projects I undertook during the period from resignation to entry provided me with the RESEARCH and development funds to complete IAsset. I am using these funds to buy back the “stocks” I have issued to complete my own product. This product is not for the so-called feelings, dreams and ability improvement, but just a tool made by me, who has been engaged in the bottom and middle managers of the enterprise, to discover the defects of enterprise management. Here are some of the management problems and personal insights I’ve found, especially in software companies.

Understanding enterprise cost

The usual enterprise costs are people, material, machine, people: staff wages, material: material, machine: machinery cost, break it down:

(But this does not seem to be included in the cost of the enterprise, it can be seen that the software industry naturally has the advantage of low cost ah, in addition, don’t look at the high salary, this is because of the payment of part of the human body maintenance costs), but really not much “material”.

Open source throttling

Open source throttling is the purpose of enterprise management, but many companies are not good, some Chinese companies, in particular, like to use the faith and the elder brothers helpful to management, it is no wonder that, let’s eat Chinese special to this one, if used this success, coupled with some management system effect is very good, often employees work no personal gain and loss of commitment, and form a virtuous cycle. Companies with outstanding capabilities in this regard are particularly Huawei. Unfortunately, many companies have copied this behavior and ended up making a mess of themselves. Promises of compensation are delayed, creating a vicious cycle that leads to bankruptcy or the boss’s resignation.

There are no other ways for enterprises to open source:

  • More ways to make money
  • Keep regular customers buying

There are many ways to save money:

  • Improve productivity
  • Introduce good production process or equipment
  • streamlining
  • Reuse of knowledge (it can also improve productivity, but can also become a corporate soft asset later)
  • Improve the utilization of enterprise resources

Is here, we often build CRM system for the enterprise, etc., and then make a OA ERP, such as the use of very low frequency of some software, note there is a keyword ` use frequency is very low `, this can lead to serious consequences, companies use these software designed to integrate all the members of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of enterprise vitality and increase revenue. But the low frequency of use is against the original intention. It’s not necessarily a good thing to have a very high frequency of use, you can’t rely too much on software, everything has to be done through software. Take an example from previous product design: I remember that in a design process, we had to implement a collaborative design and then initiate an invitation business. We had to hold a meeting to express our opinions and remind users by email, SMS or screen center push. I said weakly: Why can’t we pull a wechat group or make a phone call to inform, or as far as the users of our products are concerned, everyone is sitting in the same office or adjacent office colleagues, stand up and shout why not. Product designers often struggle with such restraint.
