Monday afternoon, I mentioned my intention to quit. The pressure at that time was quite big, all kinds of reasons! Fear that they will not find a better job than the present, also fear that they do not have an interview invitation…… But thinking about the future and my own development, I still stick to my idea.
Departure is not, of course, because the team is not good (ps: pmap tool group is a human, I loathe to give up is really ~), more because want to improve their ability, want to go to the outside world, while the young want to what they learned the accumulation of the front-end team communication space, better polishing technology, to promote their growth.
I think: only dare to shine!
So I came back from work and began to organize my resume. Fortunately, I did a good resume response, so on Wednesday and Thursday this two days have an interview invitation.
Hard work pays off. I got offer from both the two interviews on Wednesday. At that time, I was very happy to see my accumulation and efforts have been affirmed. The harvest definitely made me more determined to hone my skills. (Ps: The interview process is a mirror in which you find yourself wanting, so take advantage of every opportunity.) After that, IN several interviews, I moved forward with confidence and gained a lot.
I think: maybe the opportunity is to prepare for the people!
The pAMP tools team is coming to the end of the journey, full of gratitude and sadness. (PS: It’s nice to meet a group of lovely and loyal colleagues). I feel like I graduated again. I am very grateful for the cultivation and care of my group leader and my brothers. But I know that all good things must come to an end, and we will meet at the next intersection!
