Notepad++ requires plug-ins to view binaries.
Open notepad++ and choose plugins –> plugins management.
Select hex-Editor and click Install.
When the installation is complete, open a binary file.
Then choose “plug-ins > hex-editor –>View inHEX” to see the contents of the binary file.
