In the interview, HR also said that the contract signed here was 5 years, which assured me that it would be stable. After I came here, my colleague who had been working in Shijiazhuang told me that the employment situation in Shijiazhuang was not ideal. He said that the outsourcing companies in Shijiazhuang are unstable (including the current one, which he learned from some grapevine about the details of the project contract). Many of them just kick you out after the project is over, and some don’t even want to give you the last month’s salary.
