Change the source

$ sudo pacman -Syy
$ sudo pacman-mirrors -i -c China -m rank
$ sudo pacman -Syyu

Add the following content to /etc/pacman.conf using root permission

    1. Using domestic image source download:

      pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

    2. Modify the pip.conf configuration file

      Enter vim ~/. PIP /pip.conf to access the file
