But go ahead and do something else that has a higher priority. But as we know, good habits can’t be formed in a day. So when you are about to form a habit and it is disrupted, life can be very difficult, but a person with a long-term habit will not be changed by accident, he can still arrange everything.

We may not understand why some people talk about the benefits of early days, because we have a long-term habit of going to bed late and waking up late, and the body clock is relatively fixed and difficult to change. If you insist that your classmate must get up early to study tomorrow, he will be confused to sleep, because he has not formed a long-term habit, so he is unable to understand what you said in the mouth of getting up early in the end is good.
Whether I had too much chicken soup or was determined to change my lifestyle, I tried to get into the habit of waking up early. Not because of someone else’s strong chicken soup, but feel that their thinking in the morning is actually very active, compared to the afternoon into the formal high-intensity work, and the tired state in the evening. I have read a lot of articles say that morning is suitable for learning, suitable for reading and absorption of time, in fact, this also depends on everyone’s habits, how do you know whether others like to do mental strength relatively large work in the morning and efficiency is quite high?

Is Time money
Today we’re talking about time as a programmer, time is never enough for us, and time is a scarce resource. Why do we rarely follow a routine at work and in life? Because time is not allowed, sometimes a project may be online in a few days to complete, time is very pressing. So we want to be like some college workers, in addition to the work of a few outsourcing to play, but also can develop their own sideline, etc., must have their own a set of time management rules.
Of course, we can not directly transfer other people’s time management plan to use, everyone’s time is the same, but is “different”. Just as practice is the only standard to test the truth, our time management plan also needs practice, skills and methods, need to optimize their own plan in continuous practice.
So how can we effectively manage our time?
- routine
Studies show that we can’t sleep less than seven hours, which is what experts recommend. Of course, there’s no way we’re gonna do that. Isn’t it fun? Or is Tiktok not pretty? It must be said that electronic devices now occupy most of our time, and sometimes even eat up our sleep time.
So the first step in our time management is to go to bed early and get up early. Indeed, it is very difficult for some people, because at the beginning, he cannot put down the game in the mobile phone, the American TV series in the computer, and the milk tea before going to bed. To break through this step, you must make a firm resolution to go to bed an hour earlier every day and get up an hour earlier tomorrow. Or we could think easier and go to bed a minute earlier and get up a minute earlier tomorrow. Isn’t that too much?
- Work arrangement
Some students can perseverance is better, struggling up in a morning, very happy, and one step closer to their goals. But suddenly there was a feeling of emptiness and helplessness. What was I getting up so early for? For breakfast or to learn to read? Or for work?
So the second step here is to have your own schedule of tasks. Don’t write it down in detail. Just take about 10 minutes to write down what your tasks are for the day. Some people may say, I have too many tasks to do, how do I have time to write a plan? You don’t worry, you can classify the tasks, we all know that the tasks are endless, every day there are new tasks, you have to choose to do every day, so the choice here seems to be very effective.
Remember the SWOT analysis from management? In fact, when we first learned it, we were impressed by this, and we’re referring to this kind of analytical rule. We divide tasks into urgent and non-urgent, important and unimportant categories. Then our tasks for the day will naturally come out. Start with the highest priority and everything will be in order.

- State management
The state management here refers to managing one’s own learning or working state. For us, when we are very focused on doing a thing is not allowed to interrupt others, you think of if you think of a very perfect solution, but suddenly someone asked you to check the bug, you will be smiling on the face, XXX in the heart.
In time management, we must pay attention to clear occasions. For example, if you want to write code, you can allow yourself a longer time to think and ensure that your thinking will not be interrupted by others. In this way, your working thinking will be continuous and your progress will be much smoother. But if you’re reading or studying, use the Pomodoro technique. Study for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. Repeat.
- Learn to summarize
Summary is also a very important step. We should form our own learning warehouse, classify the knowledge learned and establish our own knowledge system. We also need to establish our own line of thinking, for example, we need to summarize what causes problems in our written projects. You can sum up the knowledge points and mistakes encountered, just like we need to make mistakes in the third year of high school.
