Although it contains a lot of personal information, readers may feel that they have known me for a long time. Of course, most people do not read it.
In 2014, I wrote the title “Review 2014, Promise 2015”, and in 2015, IT was “2015 Summary, Fade old labels, fear the future”. These two articles are two of the top 10 articles in my QQ space.
After graduating from college, I set the space of the two QQ QQ to be visible only to all my friends (more than 1,400 people in total). Now is hair circle of friends synchronous QQ say, I still calculate can send a dynamic person. But this year also sent less dynamic.
During the university, I often write space log, and I can read more than two or three thousand people. In 2019, I opened the wechat public account “Ruochuan Vision”. The number of articles read is very small, usually only a few hundred or thousands.

From 2016 to 2018, the headlines were graduation jobs, as usual, unremarkable. When you think of the title of 2019, there is little change from 2018, so when you think of the word “uneventfully”, maybe 2020 will be summed up as “uneventfully”.
By this reckoning, I had a very ordinary three years. There is a saying that people tend to overestimate what they can accomplish in one year and underestimate what they can accomplish in five years. Write it down and realize you can’t get a lot done in a year.
This year, I started the new net name Ruochuan (from the two characters in Shanruoshui, Hainanbaichuan), started the public account Ruochuan Vision, only wrote 9 articles, gained a number of fans and readers on some platforms, only went to Ningbo and other places, and the tool recorded that I wrote code for 5 hours on average every day.
This year I rarely use teambition to record tasks.
In 2016, I learned a course of annual plan, which mentioned 8 aspects of life, including physical health, financial management, interpersonal community, work and career, family life, learning and growth, experience breakthrough, and leisure and relaxation. I think these 8 aspects are quite reasonable, so I began to summarize my year in 2016 by drawing mind maps with XMind according to these 8 aspects.

Body · Health

This year, I only started running five times in November. A run doesn’t take much time, about half an hour, but running is about getting out and sticking to it. Some people say that if you really think exercise is important, you can do it.
This year, I have recorded 12 times of late night insomnia. The late night insomnia recorded here means that I can’t fall asleep after 1 o ‘clock because I still have a lot of thoughts. Then I write down what I think and fall asleep easily.
This year, I set myself three alarm clocks at 10:50, 11:20 and 11:25 in the evening, but I basically didn’t go to bed at 11:30. It’s really important to go to bed early and get up early. Try to adjust your sleep habits in 2020.
This year, https://996.icu, 996ICU was a project on Github at the beginning. When I was impressed with my star, I only had more than 3k stars. Later, 996 was discussed by the whole people, and now it is a star of 249K.
The 996 work system means that he works from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week.
In addition, Ali, netease, Huawei and other Internet giants are more serious overtime.
In terms of overtime work, programmers are not a happy group. Internet workers are generally highly educated and have a real midlife crisis. It is true that all walks of life are hard.
My high school classmates got married during the National Day holiday, and I found that many of my high school classmates went to the road of Internet development, and many of them are in well-known enterprises. Chatting with a high school classmate working in Baidu, he said: Exchange money with youth. I think so. It’s all time for money.

I have a great wish. I hope to purify the environment for programmers and improve their status with my own efforts. Because now I usually go home twice a year, National Day holiday and Spring Festival holiday.

On February 15, I bought a smartphone for my father and a smartphone for my mother on The National Day of 2018. Nowadays, smart phones are so convenient that it is difficult to walk in a big city without one.

I don’t write anything about work in my annual review.

Statistics show that a total of 1,523 hours of coding a year, of which 107 hours were spent on their own blog. The average coding day is 5 hours and 11 minutes, including 11 hours and 38 minutes on June 10. Here the coding time statistics, is the editor use time, not using the editor will not be counted, so it is still too much.
That compares with an average of 4 hours and 47 minutes in 2018.

Build your personal brand slowly
2016~2018 net name is shaft Rowboat, feel more mouthful. Therefore, on January 5, 2019, the new network name Ruochuan was used, which is derived from the good water, which is exactly the homonym of my name.
Knowledge planet, free, [front-end vision is like sichuan], opened in 2017, although there are still no links to 1,000 hardcore fans. But it now has 958, up more than 600 from 318 at the end of last year. It’s relatively closed, it’s not promoted much, it’s usually through about me joining.
The public account [Ruochuan Vision] was changed on March 14, with an increase of more than 1000 fans compared to the time of change and 2,052 fans at present. At the same time, the public number of articles contributed to [front-end daquan] and other wechat large, obtained a good reading volume.

I only posted 9 articles on zhihu, Nuggets, Sifu, blog and other platforms.
With the help of zhihu recommendation Program, the number of zhihu fans has increased to more than 6000. My answers and articles on Zhihu have been read a little more than 40,000 times. Zhihu also has some columns that attract more attention, such as Yan Haijing’s Blog column.
The Nuggets finally hit 1,000 followers and had just over 40,000 views this year.

In comparison, compared with some of the public accounts in my moments, my fans and the amount of reading are nothing. For example, many have a dozen oR so wechat groups of 500 people. Some people write 67 articles a year. Some even wrote hundreds of articles. Some official accounts have tens of thousands of followers.

Those who earn relatively large sums of money generally accumulate more in the early stage, and can have a steady stream of output. In other words, the main way to make money is now easy for everyone to know. But with so much competition, it’s all about merit.
Learning and growth
In this kind of work, we often face computers. So the computer requirements are generally higher. I bought a Dell computer in 2013, but the Windows system is stuck. So I bought a portable hard drive, installed Ubuntu, 8GB of ram, no card, and expected to last another 5 years. I use Ubuntu to write articles and browse the web.

On January 19, netease Front-end Technology Conference. May 25th, the second front-end technology salon of WeDOCTOR. August 17, Mogujie Technology Sharing Day. Oct. 14, Binjiang front-end technology salon.
There are many front-end technology conferences in Hangzhou, and I usually attend them when I am free. Although I may not learn a lot, I can still broaden my horizon. Why so keen on these conferences? I wrote an article earlier. Participate in a good front – end technology Open Day feel and think, extract a paragraph inside.

FCC Hangzhou Community held 2 events
For those of you who don’t know, FCC stands for Freecodecamp. Freecodecamp is the most popular charity project on Github. Help make the world programmable for everyone. Chinese cities generally have communities and event organizers. I am one of the community event organizers in Hangzhou, with a group of small partners to organize offline technology sharing activities. I often write this in my blog and other profiles, not to find a title for myself (after all, it is also what position), to make others feel good about themselves. I want more people to know about Freecodecamp, and it might be easier to get your own guest speakers to share your technology.

Leisure and relaxation
This year, I watched fewer movies and TV series, only nirvana in Fire 2 and Never Ask The West. For example, this year’s popular TV series “Chang ‘an Twelve Hours”, “All good”, “Celebrate The Years” and so on have not seen. So my colleagues were curious and asked, “How do you spend your time? Do you have anything else except study?” There really isn’t much free time.
This year, I only visited Lu Xun’s former residence in Shaoxing on April 14, and ningbo Old Bund, Dongqian Lake, Xikou, Tianyi Pavilion and Museum from May 2-4. Put up some photos taken in Ningbo.
This year, I sorted out seven “poems” from 2012 to 2016, which were posted in QQ space and I felt I could write them well. Answer zhihu: What poems have you written that you think are amazing? Kind of rekindling the hobby.
