Upgrade Win10 after if there is a chrome kernel browser web page always can not open open slowly and IE and edge can be normally accessed with this method can I get a few days finally do well I directly reproduced over

Recently, engineers received a lot of feedback that 360 browser cannot open web pages in speed mode, but compatible mode has no such problem.

Internet Explorer and Edge are working. The problem still exists after the first aid kit, DNS reset and LSP repair.

The following solution is limited to Win10 as above.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\Root\ProtectedRoots

Delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\Root\Certificates

Delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\Root

You can refer to steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 below:

Step 1 Open the registry, click Start, click Run, enter Regedit. exe, and press Enter

Find the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\Root\ProtectedRoots

Right click permissions, (if there is a popup window, click re-sort, not every computer will meet), all user names (4 below) are set to full control permissions, click OK, right click ProtectedRoots, click delete, as shown below, if not, see Step 2

Step 2 If you cannot delete it, you need to click the Control panel, click “Account”, click “Use local account login”, and then log out, and then delete it according to the above steps. If you still cannot delete it, go to Step 3

(You can log in to your account later, and it will work again after restarting the computer.)

\

Step 3 If changes made to the ProtectedRoots permission cannot be saved, the owner is incorrect. Right click ProtectedRoots point “permissions”, point “advanced”, find “owner”, as shown below the owner is Administrator, point right “change”, after the interface, point advanced, point immediately find, find local account, such as “Zhang SAN”, all the way to confirm, and then delete try, if not, See step 4 \

Step 4 if the owner is correct, full control can be set, but still cannot be deleted. It is possible that the key value has a parent object. Right click ProtectedRoots point “permissions”, point “advanced” point “disable inheritance”, popup box choose the first, point confirm, become “none”, and then delete \

Successfully delete ProtectedRoots, and then delete Root and Certificates, the method is the same, successfully delete after closing the registry, delete will generate normal permissions key values, do not affect the use. Solution 2. Engineers check and discover the system patch.
