Close:

1. Shut down, then reboot your Mac, and press Command+R into Recovery mode while booting up.

2. Open the terminal after entering Recovery mode, as shown in the figure:

3. On the terminal, enter csrutil disable and press Enter

4. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner and then reboot
