This is the 29th day of my participation in Gwen Challenge

The inductive

Our enterprise is the absolute leader in the industry. My department is definitely ahead of its peers. The salary and benefits we can offer are geographically advantageous. We can provide a relatively broad space for growth. However, our recruitment has not been ideal. We all know people who have been unemployed at some point in their lives, and friends who have lost their jobs feel the “joy of working.” When looking for a job, they found that there are so many people without jobs. Talent is badly needed here and no jobs are available there. The west is dry, the east is flooded.

In many cases, companies focus on potential rather than professional skills.

First, the written test:

The written test content of recruitment and assessment of talents is: personality test, IQ test and English proficiency test. 1, about the personality test, you can control your score, that is to say, you can make the test results meet the expectations of the employer. 2, IQ test, most of the test questions involve a lot of calculation, logical thinking 3, English test content is more common individuals feel that personality test topics and IQ test topics are not surprising, as long as usually pay attention to popular online topics and results, you should be able to answer eight, nine from ten. English level test is not difficult, but usually should pay attention to the accumulation of applied English. A: Promotion, for example, means promotion in many contexts, but there are no such definitions in many English dictionaries.

Ii. Interview

1, HR interview, the content is not complex. 2, Level D interview, is the department manager interview. Self-introduction is essential. I want to talk about my life experience. Discussion of working methods. Understanding of work attitude. Discussion of performance. Stress discussion. Discuss the new position. Future planning discussion, etc. A B interview is the BOSS interview.

The HR interview

It should be easier to pass. As long as you’re dressed appropriately, confident and to the point, you should have no problem.

D interview

Usually, I will ask some questions in a concentrated manner, which can be divided into three categories:

1. Questions about professional skills

The department manager pays more attention to the professional skills of talents, it is best to use them, and it is better to improve them relatively.

2. Teamwork issues

Nowadays, team cooperation is a problem that department managers attach great importance to and an important factor affecting the efficiency and effect of the department.

3. Career planning issues.

Career planning examines talent’s understanding of the past, present and future, which plays a very important role in talent training. I think the department manager interview is the most important, so I should be fully prepared.

B level interview:

I didn’t get the chance this time, but there have been attempts before.

Some bosses are more concerned with “virtual” content, such as your dreams, your understanding of a social phenomenon, or the opportunity to make a fortune through investment.

Some bosses are very pragmatic and will ask you management questions directly to test your ability to solve them.

Some bosses are more concerned with how to lead a team, focusing on the size of your team in the past, the organizational structure of your team, and the performance of your team.

Some bosses are very aggressive and seem to want to bully you down, always ask the odd questions or management difficult questions, and out of the interview it is like running 3000 times.

So before I don’t know what kind of BOSS TO face, I will eat something first to replenish my physical strength, hehe.

I think it is necessary to read more books on new management. Bosses prefer people with broad vision or new ideas.
