About Progress Tracking

The product manager has to keep track of the progress of the project, update the progress daily, help the technical staff solve problems during the development process, and nip potential problems in the bud as much as possible. Of course, it is not every day to follow up with technical staff to ask about progress, give them encouragement, describe the future prospects of the product, and make everyone on the team feel responsible and willing to take responsibility.
