In fact, sometimes I think we should not despise the friends from the training class, and even admire their behavior. Before they choose to go to the training class, most of them are the most poor and weak. I’ve interviewed over 500 people over the years, worked with hundreds of colleagues, and worked with programmers from different backgrounds. I’ve met programmers from all over the world. Take me as an example, I am not a computer major, but entered this industry through a training institution. After graduation, I joined an outsourcing company. Programmers who constantly despise this and that are the ones who deserve to be despised, and should focus more on improving their own abilities rather than highlighting themselves for the sake of despising others. Everyone has his own experience, and everyone’s experience is worthy of our respect.
