It has come to the end of 2021. Looking back on the past year, I find that I have not accomplished any of the goals I set. 😔

1. Personal Information && Previous company

I am a college graduate dish force, the last year of the university found themselves nothing, heard that programmers earn more, took advantage of the training institutions to the school to lecture the opportunity to apply for a training class (a front).

When I was in the training class, the epidemic happened, so I changed to online learning. At that time, no one supervised me and I did not learn technology well, which led to my poor foundation now.

Though before take a company are small, but somehow is a party, the welfare of the Chinese New Year holiday is really very good, work for a year and a half back up 20% during the period of the salary, New Year’s day there will be three months year-end bonuses, only I don’t like is that the inside of the person’s volume, especially my boss volume until eight or nine o ‘clock every day, work overtime is not to add up paid overtime hours.

This year, the company undertook several projects consecutively, working overtime day and night, finally my waist plate to tired prominent, during the hospital treatment, I still made up my mind to job-hopping.

2. Your current company

Two months later, I became an outsourcing staff of a large factory in Hangzhou, with 1.3W before tax, but barely enough to spend in Hangzhou. Ps: Once said, we should try not to find outsourcing jobs in the future, it is really not done by people. The only advantage I feel so far is that I don’t have to work overtime to get to work every day. Everything else is a disadvantage.

Now I have been working in the new company for almost two months, but I still feel uncomfortable. I am the only one in the project team to outsource, while Party A only has three back-end terminals to connect with me. Now to design, development, testing all let me, before coming to ask clearly into the pit, or too young.

In addition, the consumption of Hangzhou is really high, which makes me a young man from the countryside very uncomfortable. Maybe it is really not suitable for me here. 😔

3.2022 year plan

2021 To be honest, I’ve been feeling pretty bad

I didn’t have time to get my driver’s license, I’ve been sick all year, I’ve taken more pills than I’ve taken in the last 21 years, I’ve jumped into a job.

I hope that next year everyone and I can be smooth sailing, can find good jobs, find their own partners.

Of course, the most important thing is to hope for good health, the taste of protruding lumbar disc is really uncomfortable.
