The urge for technology

I sent my resume to a listed company in the construction industry. After a technical interview, I talked about life and ideals for a whole afternoon. After coming back that evening, I continued to communicate with HR. I thought I did not want to continue to do b-end business and refused the offer. The guidance of predecessors
When I joined the r&d team, there were only two people in front of me at the beginning. At that time, I always thought “I want to go to the group next door, where there are many people and there are some people playing games as a team”. I just joined the team. As we all know, I graduated one year ago, so I am very considerate and the task is to assign simple content to me. Later, after several times of technology sharing, the team gradually began to give me the opportunity. At that time, a project affecting the whole team began to be planned. Company precipitation on the PC and the mobile end many, but not yet involved in small program development, I just had a small program development experience, the project technical rehearsal phase, my mobile phone, remote control in hangzhou for colleagues docking a hardware company, and the day before manufacturers provide hardware data encryption algorithm and colleagues successfully crack the encrypted data, was awarded the performance. During that time, I often talked to the architect and he preached freely. The practice of front-end modularization, the design of low-code platforms, the architectural design of micro-front-end, the practice of module federation, some projects that I had never really touched were handed to me at that time. At the beginning of 21, the team was busy expanding, continuing with the project mentioned above, learning, and visiting forums.
In the first quarter of ’21, monorepo-dependent package management articles were all over the place, and no doubt the average me was also taken to understand by the Nuggets. When the company’s dependency package management was complicated and lacked documents, and the Dumi team launched some good updates at that time, we reorganized the dependency package of the front-end team together with the leader by combining the Dumi document site and Lerna. Monorepo alone is not enough. There are many departments involved in public resources, and manual upgrade costs are high. Inspired by ANTD Codemod and React Codemod, we launched the dependency replacement Codemod project at the same time, analyzed the AST of the project, and finally provided the ability to complete the upgrade of the whole project with one command. In order to verify the feasibility, I also studied Docker and simulated all possible scenarios. Finally, the scheme was successfully implemented. Thanks to some colleagues in the company, the architecture team, back-end team and operation and maintenance team all gave a lot of support during the evolution of some front-end engineering. With the implementation of this plan, my monthly performance reached A new high, and I was appointed as the leader of the front-end team. I even got the A-level performance in the first quarter. Especially, the leader told us that only two people in the R&D department got the A-level performance in the first quarter. People always say, things go too far, sure enough, behind the disaster to……
A project mentioned above was officially carried out with a total investment of about 80 r&d staff. My focus shifted from front-end engineering infrastructure to small programs. As required, the mobile version of all applications in the system should be on the small program, small program project suddenly from my independent development into more than 20 front-end development, the frequency of release is almost crazy, almost weekly iteration of two versions. In the early stage, more and more functions and sub-applications were added to the SASS system in order to quickly build the user experience. It was no surprise that the rapid iteration made the quality fluctuate and even affected the production environment. Naturally, I had unavoidable responsibilities, and with them came criticism meetings and review meetings. So many people put their heart and soul into this project, and finally a group of people were affected by the negligence of their own group, and they still felt guilty. Fortunately, the repair was timely, and the influence range was gradually reduced, and the leader did not continue to pursue.
In the second quarter, the team expanded from two people to nearly ten. More and more businesses are carried in the group, and the leader’s crazy battle in the architecture conference successfully won the title of the company’s best Employee of the half year. Thanks for the trust of my colleagues and the director, I was selected as one of the front interviewers of the company. From then on, I began to interview, write code, learn and quarrel.

For the scheme, I also think we should try boldly and make mistakes. After all, it is good to be wrong. Layout stage more thinking, may let the back of a lot less pit. Technology is to serve the product. Only by looking for and creating scenes can technology be landed. Otherwise, no matter how lofty the technology is, it can only go to the stage of technology sharing and then game over.
For knowledge, keep learning. Knowledge is built up, and we all hear it for the first time a thousand times. This always feels like 2021 does too little.
