The growth of nuggets is slower than expected, there is a positioning problem, hope to release a booklet after LV3, actually there are LV1 authors to release a booklet; There are also platform reasons, nuggets on the flow is less concentrated in the front end, Java and other fields, the article is always recommended by the system, but few people read; It’s mainly the quality of the writing. It’s not attractive enough. It’s not good enough. Try again next year.
2. Achievements of wechat public account 1000. Goal achieved ✅ 140% complete.
The official wechat account has brought some surprises, from 20 followers at the beginning of the year to 1,430 by the end of the year. From zero to one, it was very difficult, but I survived it. Adhere to the week, make use of the original protection mechanism of wechat public number, with the help of readers and some of the number of friends, overfulfilled the task. This 1K target, in fact, is patted head set, others are there a month rose powder 1W. So as long as the goal is low, no task is impossible :).
3. Participated in four meetings. Target not achieved ❎ 75% complete.
Participated in a writing exchange between GoMeetingUp and Nuggets in the first half of the year; In the second half of the year, I participated in PyCon2021, rare earth distributed database special event online. I had signed up for GoMeetingUp’s offline activity in Beijing, but the activity was cancelled due to repeated epidemic, and I failed to attend PyChina’s Christmas activity due to overtime work, so the final goal was not achieved.

The biggest achievement of this year is to have a clearer target for growth and a clearer line of execution. As an ordinary person who is not good at English, I have been full of anxiety about where I can reach and how long I can do it before, but now I feel OK.
