For a relatively traditional person like me, I always feel that the Spring Festival is the end and beginning of a year. In previous years, I only wrote a summary of my work, which was also required by the company, so I had to write it. For myself, I rarely really thought about the past year and made a summary. January – South Korea tour

Due to the tightening regulation of the industry in which the company works, actually 19 years is not a good time, and the company’s revenue is also lower than in previous years, so there are not too many expectations for the company’s welfare, just want to survive. One day at the end of December, my leader suddenly told me that the company planned to arrange the core staff to travel to South Korea in January, so we had to hurry up to get the passport. I was still surprised and pleasantly surprised when I heard that. Although the company is not very large, the leadership is still nice, and the boss will consider the feelings of employees.

In this way, we set foot on our journey to South Korea in January. In fact, our company organized a trip to South Korea several years ago. February – COVID – 19

I’m afraid dingding didn’t even think of that. Unfortunately, it didn’t last long, but the other side had to worry about the evaluation. April – AB post

May – Spring blossoms

It is the hottest time of the year, and now this time is just a big customer of our company have new demand, almost all the July and August in time for the company’s project, target power, when you have time to dry, and the goal is very clear, you will find time to pass quickly, but also their sense of achievement is very good. Sometimes it takes a little extra work, but it’s nice to see your project go live and be used by thousands of people.

In fact, there is a big difference between a project and a product. When doing a project, Party A is the father. In fact, the project income is relatively limited in the end, but the project is also more training, communication, system architecture, project process and so on can improve a lot. September – Colleague leaves

It was still hot in September, but it was getting cooler and cooler. I have considered the advertising cash, but I think it will affect the user experience, so I have not added it. December – Confusion
